X360Pro (Glitch Version) Installation Diagrams::

Install the X360 Super Nand Flasher on your XBOX360:

Download Nandpro 3.0 and extract to your HDD (C:\)

You should have a folder call "nandpro30"
Double click port95nt.exe

Install DriverLINX port I/O Driver

 

Restart your computer

Connect the X360 Super Nand Flasher to your PC using a USB to Mini USB Cable, It should show up as "LibUSB-Win32 Devices" in Windows Device Manager.

Plug in the power supply to your XBOX360 console, but DO NOT TURN-ON the console!
Click Start and choose "Run..."

Type in CMD

Go inside your nandpro30 folder by using DOS commands, If you had your nandpro30 folder located at C:\, you can use commands like below:
c:\
cd nandpro30

That should bring you to the nandpro30 folder, type in following command to dump your XBOX360 nand to file:

For console with 16MB nand (Zephyr, Falcon, Jasper, SLIM) type in:
nandpro usb: -r16 orig1.bin

For console with 256MB or 512MB memory (Jasper) type in:
nandpro usb: -r64 orig1.bin

After the process has finished, you should have your XBOX360 nand in file as orig1.bin

For safety reason, dump your XBOX360 nand again by using command as above but replace orig1.bin with orig2.bin

For console with 16MB nand (Zephyr, Falcon, Jasper, SLIM) type in:
nandpro usb: -r16 orig2.bin

For console with 256MB or 512MB memory (Jasper) type in:
nandpro usb: -r64 orig2.bin

type in command:
fc orig1.bin orig2.bin

Make sure there're no differences encountered, otherwise dump your nand again, untill you got 2 perfect dump with no differences.

Do not close the CMD window.
Download ECCGlitch Generator 1.1 and run it
Select as shown below:

Click Generate ECC file, select your XBOX360 nand dump (orig1.bin) from nandpro30 folder

It will generate a image_0000000.ecc at your nandpro30 folder

Now we need to write this ECC file to your XBOX360 so you can get your CPU KEY.

Back to CMD window, For console with 16MB nand (Zephyr, Falcon, Jasper, SLIM) type in: nandpro usb: +w16 image_0000000.ecc

For console with 256MB or 512MB memory (Jasper) type in:
nandpro usb: +w64 image_0000000.ecc

After the process has finished, unplug the XBOX360 power supply and the USB cable from X360 Super Nand Flasher.

Install the x360pro chip on your XBOX360:

 

Plug in the XBOX360 power supply and connect to your TV by using AV or HDMI cable.

Turn-On your XBOX360, it should boot into XELL within a minute, depends on your console and wiring.

Get your CPU KEY by taking photo

Download 360 Multi Builder v0.4 and extract to your HDD.

copy your XBOX360 nand dump (orig1.bin) from nandpro30 folder to 360_Multi_Builder_v0.4\Data\my360 folder

rename it to nanddump.bin

create a new Text Document inside the 360_Multi_Builder_v0.4\Data\my360 folder,

type in your XBOX360 CPU KEY ( From the photo you took from XELL ), and save as cpukey.txt

Double click the Run.exe inside the 360_Multi_Builder_v0.4 folder

Select your console type, then select Glitch Hack Image

Select Build Image with Dashlaunch patches as recommended

 

when the process has finished, you will have your Hacked Dashboard Image call nandflash.bin inside the "Data" folder.

There're 2 way you can flash your Hacked Dashboard Image to your XBOX360 nand,

1. Using Xell-Reloaded/Rawflash v3
copy the file "nandflash.bin" with "xenon.elf" (Rawflash v3)
from the folder "Data" to root of the USB drive then boot
into Xell-Reloaded (using Eject) with the USB drive inserted.

2. Using Nandpro with X360 Super Nand Flasher
Connect the X360 Super Nand Flasher to your PC using a USB to Mini USB Cable,
Plug in the power supply to your XBOX360 console, but DO NOT TURN-ON the console!
copy "nandflash.bin" from "Data" folder to "nandpro30" folder

type in following command to write your XBOX360 nand:

For console with 16MB nand (Zephyr, Falcon, Jasper, SLIM) type in:
nandpro usb: -w16 nandflash.bin

For Jasper with 256MB or 512MB memory type in:
nandpro usb: -w64 nandflash.bin

After the process has finished, unplug the XBOX360 power supply and the USB cable from X360 Super Nand Flasher.


Wait a few seconds, Plug in the XBOX360 power supply and connect to your TV by using AV or HDMI cable,
Turn-On your XBOX360, it should boot into Dashboard within a minute, depends on your console and wiring.
